‘WIND THROUGH THE COULEE #1’

‘WIND THROUGH THE COULEE #1’ is a monoprint pulled from a plexiglass printing plate and encased in coloured layers of richly textured encaustic wax. WIND THROUGH THE COULEE #1 is part of a 4-piece series. Each piece in the series has been mounted on a 5-inch canvas stretcher that features a 3/8 inch profile finished in metallic gold. This series would look terrific grouped on a shelf, mantle or hung on a wall.  Each piece in the series has a small magnet installed on the back that enables it to be hung just about anywhere including metal surfaces.
