The history of Gold Leaf ornamentation spans centuries with a broad array of objects miraculously transformed by its delicate technique. In the ‘Printing with Gold Leaf Workshop,’ you will explore using sheets of micro-thin gold leaf to embellish gel-plate printed monoprints with astonishingly beautiful results. Along with producing a series of unique monoprints, you will also create a small set of greeting cards.

* This workshop is a compliment to my ’Printing with Stencils & Masks’ and ‘Printing Botanicals’ workshops. Some gel-plate printing experience would be an asset but you don’t need to have taken my previous workshops to participate. Most workshop materials will be supplied, but there is a small list of materials you will need to bring to the workshop.
